Vinesh Phogat, a pioneer in women’s wrestling, is also targeting a podium finish. “Every competition is an opportunity to learn and grow. I am excited and ready to face the challenges ahead,” she said.

The Wrestling Federation of India has ramped up support for the athletes, providing tailored training regimens and mental conditioning resources. This initiative aims to ensure that wrestlers are well-prepared both physically and mentally.

As the championships draw near, fans across the country are rallying behind their wrestlers, hoping for a strong performance that could inspire future generations. With a mix of experienced competitors and young talents, the Indian wrestling team is poised for success on the world stage.
